Information on the processing of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003)
Following a policy of transparency and fairness, in compliance with the regulations in force and with particular reference to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code), Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari informs you that the data you provide may be object of treatment, always and in any case, having regard to the legal obligations mentioned above.
According to article 4, paragraph 1, letter A, of the Privacy Code, processing must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, registration , the organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, regarding the protection of persons with respect to the processing of personal data,the customer is informed that your data personal data are processed by Tre C Srl us Financial Services for the following purposes:
a) Customer management (sending of the loan proposal, detection of the degree of interest and satisfaction of the applicant), fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations, planning of activities, internal control services, financial services, insurance and related payment instruments (evaluation creditworthiness, prevention of over-indebtedness, management of contractual relationships), management of litigation
b) to provide those companies with which Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari has stipulated / will enter into commercial agreements with the information necessary for the provision of the services requested by you
c) for credit assessment activities, also through cross-checks, sharing and continuous and reciprocal updating of data, with external databases, and / or with those companies (so-called Risk Centers) to which the customer companies of Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari and / or its commercial partners (mainly credit intermediaries, banks or financial companies) use or will resort to supplement the credit assessment
d) marketing, promotional activities, advertising, prize events and detection of the degree of customer satisfaction, commercial information relating to products and services of Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari and / or selected commercial partners.
In relation to the declarations relating to any insurance coverage, Tre C Srl us Financial Services may come into possession of sensitive data as defined in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter d) of the Legislative Decree 196/03 which will be processed exclusively to carry out the operations carried out by the Customer.
The data can be collected both from the interested party and from third parties. The provision of the requested data, whether they are acquired on the basis of a legal obligation or as strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship, is necessary and any refusal to provide them makes it impossible to carry out the activities required for the conclusion and for the execution of the contract. The use of data for the purposes referred to in point d) is instead subject to the consent of the interested party. Failure to consent will not allow Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari to carry out the related processing and the Customer to benefit from the related services and commercial advantages.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Tre C Srl us Financial Services ensures the use of suitable tools to guarantee the absolute security and confidentiality of the personal data you provide. The data will be processed through electronic processing, consultation, comparison with pre-established criteria and any other appropriate operation relating to the achievement of the aforementioned purposes. Depending on the channel used by the Customer to entertain relations with Tre C Srl us Financial Services, the methods of processing may also be telephone, paper, telematic or postal.
To measure the effectiveness and adequacy of the service offered, Tre C Srl us Servizi Finanziari collects information from the web browser used by its users (IP address, operating systems) and uses some technological solutions ("cookies" and "statistical systems web ") able to understand the navigation methods. Each user has the ability to disable the use of "cookies" at any time directly on the settings of their browser. Tre C Srl us Financial Services, reports that, in the event of deactivation, the user will not be able to browse all the pages of the site.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
The data you provide may, always in compliance with the purposes and in the manner indicated, be transferred outside the national territory, in particular - but not only - to countries belonging to the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Tre C Srl us Financial Services in full compliance with the provisions of articles 7 and 8 of the Privacy Code, informs you that, by contacting this Manager, you have the right to obtain: confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you , even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form the indication of the origin of the data of the purposes and methods of treatment, of the logic applied, if electronic tools are used, of the details of the subjects or categories to which the data may be communicated, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation , in anonymous form, or the blocking of data and the attestation that the aforementioned operations have been communicated to interested third parties.
